Shark Reef Park
Shark Reef Park lies close to the southern end of Shark Reef Road about 5.2 miles south of Lopez Village on the west side of the island. The trail starts out on a boardwalk over a marshy area with alders and then enters a pine and fir forest before reaching the water. At the far southern end of the park is an overlook where you can often see seals basking on the off-shore rocky islands, which, by the way, are not Shark Reef which lies to the north.
